현재 천혜향을 활용한 동결건조 제품 개발을 검토 중이며,
슬라이스 방식이 아닌 천혜향 과육을 분리한 상태 그대로 1피스 형태로 동결건조하고자 합니다.
아래 사항에 대해 문의드립니다.
1. 과육 조각(속껍질 제거 여부 선택 가능) 1피스 동결건조 가능 여부
2. 샘플 제작 선 진행 가능 여부 (테스트 생산)
3. 최소 가공 수량(MOQ) 및 리드타임
4. 예상 수율(생과 기준 대비 %)
5. kg당 가공 단가
6. 질소충전 소포장 가능 여부 및 단가
예상 테스트 물량은 30kg~50kg 수준이며,
제품 콘셉트는 프리미엄 무첨가 과일 스낵입니다.
